Remember, everytime you see a geographical tongue, it means the pattern/syndrome of
dual deficiency of qi and yin. You can often see geographical tongue on allergic patients.(Nose, skin…)
There is also thick coating greasy tongue, so there is water retention (dampness pattern) due to kidney yin deficiency.
After treatment, his allergic rhinitis was better, and his geographical tongue is also better.
